Logging into Google Classroom:

PISD Families,

If you are trying to log your child into their google classroom account, you have to use the student's school email. If you are logged into your personal gmail account, either log out or add your child as a user.

You will go to Google Classroom and then enter your child’s email. The format is:
lunchnumber@palaciosisd.org

So if your child’s lunch number is 0001, their email is 0001@palaciosisd.org.

Your child's password is password unless they have reset their password. If they have forgotten their password, contact their teacher and they will send an email to helpdesk to have it reset back to password.

Go to the Distance Learning tabs on the PISD website for additional information on how to navigate google classroom.

I know this is a lot we’re asking from families; but, your help and support are appreciated in this massive transition of teaching and learning.

Stay Healthy!

PISD will support all of our Sharks.  You will be contacted if your child has not responded to electronic communications from teachers or interacted in their Google classroom.

HOW DO I CONNECT MY CHROME BOOK TO WI-FI?     Click on the following link:      Connecting Chrome Book to Wi-Fi

HOW TO SCAN AND SEND DOCUMENTS TO YOUR TEACHER

Most cellphones have a camera device where you can take a photo of each document.

A 2017 IOS 11 upgrade build into the "Notes" app on iphones allow you to scan a document.  Lay out the pages you want to scan.  Start a new new note.  Click on the camera icon.  Click on Scan Documents.  Either keep scanning or hit the save button.

If you are using an Android device, the best way to scan documents is through the Google Drive app, which comes pre-installed on pretty much every Android device.  When you are ready to scan your document, fill up the screen with the document as much as you can and tap the blue capture button.

Once the document is captured on your device, you can now email the document to your teacher.

HOW TO ACCESS PARENT PORTAL?

Parent portal is used to access report cards, grades, etc.

https://txweb.esc3.net/ParentPortal/login

You must have email to create an account.

Parent Portal now has the option of displaying all content in Spanish.
